A Clare Valley fiano from the "Untamed" range, with a label nodding towards the classic taco truck in reference to UZ's suggested pairing. Fruit-forward for the style, with plenty of citrus and a clean mineral edge - Riesling drinkers may love this one.

Slate Farm has always been the ‘drink now’ Fiano in our 'Untamed' Range, with plenty of that tropical vibrancy that makes it so smashable. Great pineapple tang to it, lime zest with a slatey, clean edge finish. It's a weapons-grade food pairing - seriously, if you haven't had Slate Farm with Tacos you have not lived. An “if you like Pina Coladas” kinda wine. We do.
