Produced from Barbera grapes cultivated in vineyards in the Monferrato hills in the South of the province of Asti in the Piemonte region.
A light-medium bodied red with some bright ripe fruit character, including aromas of raspberries, plums and cherries.
On the palate sour cherry, raspberry coulis and soft tannins create this very approachable wine with an abundance of tangy red fruit and a savoury spiciness.

19 Crimes Red Blend has been our favorite winter red for a number of years. Don't buy it if you like powerful red wines. Smooth drinking similar to the best Merlot's. Ladies love it.
