This Riesling, a cool-climate classic if we’ve ever seen one, is vinified a little sweeter than the classic Aussie bone-dry style, balancing the acid of the style for a perfect food wine with limitless matching potential. Still not sweet, mind you, edging towards off-dry at most, but it’s a
European rather than an Australian approach. Steely mineral notes and lime acidity.

Pale yellow-green with fresh floral lime notes on the nose.This Riesling is clean and crisp with a good balance of acidity and sweetness. 7gr residual sugar/litre.

I did order this Chardonnay a few years ago now.
I find this current version is a lighter wine. It is a good lunch wine.
I don’t know if I would order it again. I’ll have to think about it.
