The style, is pure beachfront drinkability, crisp and glou-glou for a perfect drop with friends. Winemaking done by one of the best in the Hunter, Daniel Binet. Swim between the vines!

Grown in Hunter Valley, our Rosé is dry with provençal-style pale rhubarb hues and an oak tannin backbone.
Best served chilled.
Grape varieties: Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Grenache and a splash of Mourvédre.
Finishes a savoury dry, that enhances drinkability. Serve nice and cold, to experience the full gamut of possibilities this Rose has to offer.
