The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. The juice was cool-fermented in stainless steel with aromatic yeast strains. Some Pinot Grigio Bottled was back blended to add freshness and optimal colour. The wine was bottled early to retain the vibrant fruit characters.

Very good prices and parcel arrived well packed. The only thing is it takes quite a bit of time to arrive. I guess it's the Post Office's issue but I would recommend order early so as not to miss your party.

Beautiful elegant rose, perfect for summer and Christmas. No surprises with the wine, have had it before, the surprise was secret bottle!! Fabulous service, great pricing and hilarious welcome and follow up email. Whole experience was delightful! Also prompt delivery at a time when you would expect it to take forever!
