Our Notes
As much a treat for the nose as the palate, this aromatic drop brings an apricot-stonefruit base to a heavily savoury body that might remind some of tapenade or at least accompany one well. Plenty of bursting acid, some cinnamon spiciness.
From The Winemaker
A close sibling of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc is similar to, but fresher in character. Enjoy its gentle aromas of nashi and pear and honeysuckle flavours which proceed to a lovely rounded palate and a soft natural acidity finish.
