Our Notes
A lusciously juicy Pinot Noir from Howard Park's Flint Rock range, which focuses on drinkability while maintaining terroir. Mineral in character, as the name suggests, crafted with care using fruit from the Mount Barker and Porongurup subregions, high in the world's oldest mountains, of the enormous but underutilised Great Southern region.
Hand-pressed grapes, aged in a combination of French Oak and stainless steel. Could cellar for up to 3 years, but it's good drinking now.

The name Flint Rock epitomizes the fine mineral structure and savoury elegance of wines grown in the wildly remote and beautiful Great Southern region of Western Australia. Our Howard Park Flint Rock Pinot Noir is only sourced from our cool climate vineyards in the Mount Barker and Porongurup subregions for retained elegance and bright varietal Pinot Noir notes.
