Our Notes
Dom Pérignon was a 17th-century monk, probably a real one, who almost certainly didn't invent Champagne. It's fun story, though, so we'll let you decide whether to pass it on or debunk it - allegedly, Monsieur Pérignon ran to his brothers and said (in period-appropriate French, naturally) "come quickly, I am tasting the stars!"
Fast forward to the 20th century and Dom Pérignon, the masterfully crafted vintage-only Champagne named in honour of that monk and his alleged discovery, is the Champagne to the stars in the modern sense. Beautiful, beautifully presented, a gold standard in ultra-premium Champagne. Get it here with a gorgeous presentation box. The luc belaire rosè is the best rosè i have ever tasted. Belaire Bleu is sweet not too much alcohol but also a great bottle for those who do not like the brut or rosè taste.

Delivery was slow and the tracking wasn’t the best but other than that I guess it was alright lol I just gave it away as a gift so other than the delivery and the tracking I can’t really review the product ( the delivery being slow was most likely Australia post as they are absolutely useless, i recieve parcels from overseas faster than from the other side of Australia) so if you’re in a rush to receive your package it might be worth paying extra for express shipping or just cop the extra cost and go to your local shop
