Turners Crossing Cabernet combines the rich flavour profile typically found in Bendigo reds with elegant varietal characters and a refined, harmonious structure. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is the product of an exceptional vintage from the Turners Crossing vineyard at Serpentine, Central Victoria. This Cabernet Sauvignon has spent 16 months in quality French Oak, the entire parcel receiving an extended post ferment maceration.
